ben06351 19 #1 Posted October 4, 2011  Hey I just picked up my first "FUN" tractor it's a C-105 The PO didn't know the year but I'm sure that someone out there can tell me so I can find a manual for it. Have the Kohler book already... The ID No. 01-10k801-13081 0109 Just spent an hour looking on the site for how the number breaks down but no luck... Anyway I will try to get up some pics soon. Hopefully, I'll have pics of a restore too. http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee166/b...0/Photo0212.jpg

C-Series14 15 #4 Posted October 4, 2011 Neat trick is to put the VIN in GOOGLE, you would be shocked....so you will know what all those numbers mean and now can look up info on your tractor, here is the breakdown... 01-10K801 is the VIN and tells you it is a 10hp Kohler and an 8-Speed. 13081 is the serial number 0109 is the date manufactured, 109th day of 1980.
