:banghead: I have been trying to find a place on here to locate parts or someone that might have some. I have tryed to search before I ask but can't find or I just don't know where to go. :thumbs2: I need to replace the tail light on my C160-----and try to get some non slip foot board meteral. Also I know what seat most use when they redo. and I have the seat now and I would like to know what safty switch they put into the universal seat. -----I'm just a few hours away from being done with the tractor and the deck. Thanks in advance for any help in guideing me in the right direction. sparkie________________________ :banghead:

Get the part number for the lights and purchase them from any Toro dealer or online parts service. Partstree or SEPW will not only have the parts diagrams, but will tell you if they are still available (they are). Or you can just go to Wal-Mart or your local auto part or RV dealer and get lights that will match.

For a replacement seat, I use the M-3500 from Northern Tool.

For footrest pads, I sell the 1/8" ribbed rubber pads. If you just want non-skid, go to Lowes or Home Depot and get some stair tread non-skid. They sell it in rolls.

The seat that I named does not have a safety switch in it. My 1977 B-100's did not use a seat switch. The 1976 did, but I eliminated it since I only rebuilt it as a show tractor. I rewired it as a 1977. If you need to have a seat switch, there are other seats available with built-in switches.

I believe the 1976 C-160 may require a seat with a switch since there is no provision for a switch in the fender pan.

bgrizzle---I live in NE. Arkansas

rmaynard--- this tractor did have a seat switch ---but like you i don,t wish to work this tractor now and will show it in local events. Just thought i might find what other members were using as safty switches in the universal seats, as mine had a place for one in the new seat.--I would like to put one in at sometime.

FYI--

ALSO-- right now i can't open my PM. I will as soon as i can---Thanks
