wheel horse 312-8

i'm gonna soon be restoring a 312-8 . what kind of red do i use .or that would be a closest match and where can i find decals for it

I don't know the correct color to use but I have used 2 colors with good results.

Rustoleum "Regal Red" and Tractor Supply "International Harvester" tractor and implement paint are both good. The Regal Red turns out a nice deep red that looks similar to Toro colors to me. The TSC IH color is a bit more orange but still very nice. It also sprays on nice and produces a good finish.

I am restoring a 1965 655 and I will probably use the TSC paint unless someone stops me....
