rockinhorse 45 #1 Posted August 23, 2011 HI guys got another question?? what are the rules about golf carts and garden tractors( butt buggies)? do you have to have a permit ? is it safe to drive at the show ? is it legal to drive on the street? They say you need to have a ride to see everything in 1 day. Lane Ranger 10,495 #2 Posted August 23, 2011 Karl: Here is the Tri-State Engine Assocaition website for the Portland Show this week from August 24 through the 26th: Always lots of golf carts and tractors on site at this show. But the August show is the big one of the three events held at the Tri-State Engine Asscocation grounds each year. The Spring swap meet was a disappointment this year due to all the rain.
