Martin 2,133 #1 Posted August 21, 2011 had all three out today getting some seat time. was neat being able to compare them to each other. got to admit im really impressed with the 1057 and how it drives. even though it has loose steering and the front end moves around the k241 runs really nice and has a heap of power. trans seems to be good too. the 1054 still has the engine knock but i really enjoy putting around on it. nice and tight everywhere and just a neat model garden tractor... the old smoky 875 is well, still smoky. also a neat little driver that i dont really get much time on anymore. anybody that was at kellys show would understand why......... heres a vid of them all lined up and running..... So, are you starting to get a feel for how bad the knock in the 1054 is, compared to say your 1057?
Martin 2,133 #5 Posted August 21, 2011 scott, im gonna try and get all three there. not sure if i can though...... heres a pic from today as well.... gene, ive really created a monster out of an 11 year old and 'his' 875...... those evergreens are great, theres actually 4 of them but 1 is cut out of the vid. they have been growing there for about 4 years and are really starting to fill out now. wanted to create a bit of a wind /privacy break with them. Martin 2,133 #8 Posted August 21, 2011 Well Martin if you have four evergreens you need one more tractor!!! yeah, and then the wife will want a 4th dog. at the moment we are 3 for 3. shes threatening a 4th because she knows whats going on with the red stuff....... cant get anything past her. maybe i should store them at work when i buy them and bring them home one piece at a time. but i would be busted the moment one started appearing out of a bunch of parts. :thumbs2:
