Reproduction Metal serial # and Model # Plates?

Does anybody out there make reproduction model / serial number tags like the one pictured below? I would love to get a new one made for my Bronco 14 I am redoing.

The numbers are:

Model: 1-0421

Serial: 820583

Thanks for the reply. I'll send them an email and see what they can do.

I also asked my co-worker, who is big into restoring cars, to see if there is anybody who makes reproduction VIN tags or anything like that.

Does anybody have a picture of the lower portion of the plate? It looks like it says something like "WHEEL HORSE PRODUCTS INC.", but I cannot make out the second line of words.
