Need some picture help!

Hello,

I have been a member of Red Square for a little while now and know how to operate most of it, but there is one thing that I cannot figure out.

I cannot figure how to get a picture setup for that when I make a post I have a picture on the side of the screen where my info like my name and member status and when I joined is. I do not know what to call this particular thing, but hopefully you will be able to understand what I mean by description above. I think that this is a neat feature to have and would really like to be able to do it!

Any help would be appreciated.
