Walk Behind Colors and decals

Recommended Posts

jbumgarner

I was curious if anyone knew what the original colors were for a 54' walkbehind. I would assume 1) Frame-Red as with other tractors, 2) Wheels- Off White, Black or Grey and 3) Engine- Greenish/Blue (Clinton Engine Color).

The frame is currently red and needs to be blasted and painted, wheels have been blasted and painted red recently and the engine is a green/blue color which is what I think was original. Any suggestions on paint color or if anyone knows what was original. I also was hoping someone could give me decal information and if anyone was reproducing these. I know there are several decal guys on the site, maybe one of them could tell me what I need.

Thanks

Kerry,

EriksRedHorseHerd sent me contact info of the guy. I should have a decal in a week or so. Thanks to both of you guys for the comments. I am going to strip the machine down this weekend and blast and hopefully get it painted and back together next week. I will post pics of my progress. Thanks again.
