c161rat 185 #1 Posted July 26, 2011 Just went out to start the C-161 and I have no spark. I replaced the Coil and condenser last year when i rebuilt the tractor however never replaced the points. I have a new set and am going to install them today. Is there something special about the Kohlers external point setup i should know about. My point replacement experience is more along the lines of the Briggs Under the flywheel type. And I uesd to set them with a Matchbook cover. LOL!!!!
