I have one older than either of them and I have no idea what it might be worth, but I'm keeping it. Your's sure must be worth a couple of hundred according to the ad. Your 400 is 1960 model. the cart in question is probably a 7-2211 or 7-2212 model. if'n your looking for a model dump cart correct for 1960 then you need a LTD-241 or LTD-242. But it really dosn't matter its still a wheel horse and it can go with any year in my opinon! Price range can be any where from $20.00 to 300.00. I've only paid $20.00 to 80.00 for the five i've owned. It also depend on the condition of the cart. the pic you showed looks in pretty good shape.
