Mowerdeck, parts help

Recommended Posts

Kai Thomsen

This time i really need help.. i got the mowerdeck sandblasted, painted, new rollers ect, and is almost finished putting it all together. But i'm missing one vital piece :

On top of the deck there is supposed to be a flat steel bar/rod belt tensioner with a small pulley on it, and a large spring. Somehow i lost it somewhere, and i don't even remember what it looks like or where it goes.

Could someone please help me with a picture of the tensioner, and measurements so i can make a new one ?

It's a 42" side discharge deck ( or 40 if there is such a deck) i don't know what year it is made, but here is a picture of it, if it helps.

It looks like you are missing the round front bar that has a location 'yoke' in it.

Have that bar and all the other hardware.

send me an OFF-SITE email

or.... what is your email address so I can send more and better pics? ?

I'm also in the process of restoring my 42" SD Deck (05-42MS05S). Here are the pics of the tensioner or (106120 BAR-IDLER SUPPORT). Note: only had a ruler but here are the crude measurements: L - 16-1/4", W - 1-1/4", H - 1":

I have sent you an email :woohoo:

The front bar is on my deck, it's just tilted down so it looks as it is missing on the picture.
