Onanowner 0 #1 Posted July 10, 2011 New member here. Anyhow after buying an old Roper 20T with an Onan to fix up, My brother-inlaw gave me a 1973 model 1-0120 8horse 4speed. After putting it back together and cleaning the fuel tank and carb, a new battery, fuel lines and filter. I have a fantastic running and mowing tractor. The deck is 32" side discharge in great shape and Kohler 8hp runs perfect no smoke. I am likely gonna sell this one as I have no need for it and no place to store it. Any idea's on the value of it? MikesRJ 558 #5 Posted July 10, 2011 Here's a novel idea. Sell the Sears/Roper and keep the HORSE!
Onanowner 0 #6 Posted July 10, 2011 Ok, I understand the Horse loyalty they are awesome built tractors. I need a garden tractor for plowing, tilling, etc. Love the little Horse, I just don't need a lawn tractor. Wish I had a bigger horse with my 20hp Onan.
