Ok people heres my next question, you have been so helpful in telling me what kind of tractor I have and the attachments that will work. Why have all the 857 tractors ive looked up been 3 spd with a center shifter? look at the pic below and notice my side arm shifter, F-N-R thats it? is some thing wrong or not right or is this just a different option? Anyone sick of me yet

According to the decal on the side, it looks like you have an 875, not an 857. The 875 is automatic. 857 is a three speed.
