payote 0 #1 Posted June 24, 2011 Hi i recently bought a toro wheelhorse 12-32 xl that was missing all of the governor and throttle links and springs . This perticular tractor the choke and throttle are together on the left of the wheel i belive this was common for wheelhorses built between 1996-1999 .
