Furrow Plow acomadation??

Recommended Posts

wheel boy

Hello all,

I was wondering if a 520H weelhorse can take a single furrow barrel plow?

Did heelhorse make one? Does there have to be an extra attachmnets to put this on?

If wheelhorse didn't make one what other brand can I use?

what knid of plow is this called/what kind of hitch?

Do I have to buy a hitch attachment or does it just go on to the hole at the back (hole for ball hitch)

Thanks

Assuming that you have the tube that goes over the transmission for the cable i don't think you will need all of the stuff in Smitty's picture. most of the stuff in the picture is so that you get more leverage so that you don't have to wear out your arm with a manual lift. You shouldn't need it because you have hydro lift. This also brings your price down to about $100 for just the piece to the far left of the pic

If you use the search function and search "rockshaft" in implements and attachments you will find pictures, homemade cables, homemade rockshafts and lots of other helpful info.
