wheel boy 0 #1 Posted June 21, 2011 Hello all, I was wondering if a 520H weelhorse can take a single furrow barrel plow? Did heelhorse make one? Does there have to be an extra attachmnets to put this on? If wheelhorse didn't make one what other brand can I use? Anthony

wheel boy 0 #4 Posted June 23, 2011 what knid of plow is this called/what kind of hitch? Do I have to buy a hitch attachment or does it just go on to the hole at the back (hole for ball hitch) Thanks
mcwh1950 2 #5 Posted June 23, 2011 Anthony. Here is a picture of the clevis hitch you will need for the plow. Model number 85517 or 85518. Total cost around 300.
wheel boy 0 #6 Posted June 23, 2011 Thanks for the picture and serial # it really helps. Now I have sandy soil do I need wheel weights when plowing? and can I get those from the Toro dealer also? Anthony
c175inMA 8 #7 Posted June 23, 2011 Assuming that you have the tube that goes over the transmission for the cable i don't think you will need all of the stuff in Smitty's picture. most of the stuff in the picture is so that you get more leverage so that you don't have to wear out your arm with a manual lift. You shouldn't need it because you have hydro lift. This also brings your price down to about $100 for just the piece to the far left of the pic
