jcb857 161 #1 Posted June 18, 2011 I bought a 857 last August and it was my first wheel horse. Shortly after I got it home I started looking for info on the tractor and found this fourm. The 857 is my first restore and if it wasn't for this fourm and all the great members I would still be working on it. I am 97% complete and it took me almost a year to complete. As I was working on it in the past year I took notice of how much my daughter who is a one year old loved sitting on it. She loves tractors and going for rides on them so I decided after the first couple of weeks owning the tractor that my goal is to have it finished by her 2nd birthday and to give it to her. Her birthday is next week and we took the first ride on it today since the restore. Thanks for all the great help hope to get some pics up this weeked and ready to start the next restore my 401.
