Hydraulic lift sleeve hitch

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to build a hydraulic lift sleeve hitch on my 520H for a back blade. I'm looking for suggestions on how to tap the existing hydraulic lines to add the control valve and lift cylinder ??

like all hydraulic systems one line from the transmission is the supply and the other is the return, usually the supply or pressure line is connected to a port on the hydraulic valve marked "A" the return is usually marked "B" or sometimes "T" for tank. once you have the lines figured out its as simple as putting a T in the lines. make sure that you use hydraulic rated fittings at least sch 80. If you use standard pipe fittings (sch 40) you will burst the pipes and have a really bad day. The fittings on the lines are SAE #5 O-ring seal. Most hydraulic shops should have adapter fittings.

good luck
