shorts 182 #1 Posted May 31, 2011 were the mid mount sickle bar mowers ever made for the attach a matic system? It sure would be nice to have a quick change set up to ease change out of this attachment.
MikesRJ 558 #2 Posted May 31, 2011 Nope, all were mid-mount regardless of whether or not they were side or front sickle mowers.

Cody 277 #6 Posted June 1, 2011 Didier made a sickle bar for the wheel horse tractors that uses the mid attach-a-matic system. It can be installed in a matter of a few minutes. I have two of them and they work great.

Cody 277 #8 Posted June 2, 2011 Here are some pictures, excuse the dust tonight was the first it has been out sense the fall. I restored the tractor 5 years ago and it as a rule gets used every week so it needs to be restored again to pretty it up. For some reason the pictures make it look orangeish but it is indeed IH red Showing the rod that go through the tranny plate. the mower has two notches cut in it so the rod sits in the notches.
