knucklebuster283 0 #1 Posted May 22, 2011 Does anyone know the thickness of the thrust bearing plate for these engines. Bought a 84 GT 1100 42in deck. been havin trouble with the pto slippin. Have found the plate missin on this tractor. The orignal plate has left an impression on the engine cover from witch I've made a template. Just need to know the thickness of material to use. TT-(Moderator) 1,128 #2 Posted May 22, 2011 Without going out to the shop and looking for a few hours, I believe it's at least 3/16" - if not 1/4" thick. If I get a chance, I'll go look later.
