COORSUSA 0 #1 Posted May 8, 2011 hello. i posted this in transmission by accident. does any one have clear pics. of a rear linkage and brake return spring? not sure if cotter pins go inward or outward. not sure how return spring mounts. i have manual, but not clear. i want to put back to original. thanks for any help. MikesRJ 552 #3 Posted May 9, 2011 :hide: Insert the cotter pin from rear toward front, the return spring hooks into the cotter pin "loop". The other end of the return spring hooks onto a piece of 1/8" flat stock, something like 3/4" Wide by 1-1/2" Long, which is bolted to the transmission. Buzz 502 #5 Posted May 10, 2011 Just out of curiousity, how do you know that it's a RJ-59 and not a RJ-58? It seems like every RJ on the site winds up being a 58. I think the only way to tell them apart is by the serial numbers. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
