shootinok 15 #1 Posted April 25, 2011 My project came to me partially dissassembled so I'm getting to the point of having most of the pieces back on. ('79 C-121) The drive belt I have is WAY too tight to be right. I can get it on the pulley's but the idle pully (over the top) is pushed all the way up to the sheetmetal. No way this is right. Toro parts look up shows a #7473 belt - which looks like it cross references with an 82" belt. I think I have an 82" belt.... gwgdog66 23 #2 Posted April 25, 2011 That's an Auto correct? The 7473 is for the 8 Speeds. Auto should have the 7478 which is a 5L840 84 inch belt. There is also a 106496 listed in the parts viewer that is a 5L850K 85 inch belt. That's what I get from going from memory :wh: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
