546cowboy 302 #1 Posted April 24, 2011 I saw this on CL and just couldn't let it pass. This addiction is really tough to even slow down. This is number 9 counting roller and parts tractor. Pick it up tomorrow night. It's a 1990 520-8 will know more tomorrow. Does it ever get easier to pass up a Wheel Horse?

Horse'n Around 22 #5 Posted April 25, 2011 Nice score... Im in the middle of this addiction too as far as getting easier or harder to say no..I can only think of one way to look at it... be firm and just embrace it ... as long as it doesn't get you in too much trouble with your other half. In that case I would think that timing, tact and luck seems like it would be a real help.... A little
rydogg 186 #6 Posted April 25, 2011 Very nice 520 I hope to add one to my herd some day, I have seen a lot of them around me for sale lately and the prices have been very fair but I have spent most of my fund for April...no it isn't easy to pass any up until you run out of room. Kelly 1,033 #8 Posted April 25, 2011 I'm not 100% sure of the numbers but I think the 520 8 speed was a VERY low build , something like less than 300 of them. Found it, 520-8 1990, 41-20O801 - 225 built

puddlejumper 67 #10 Posted May 1, 2011 I am not sure it gets any easier to pass them up but eventually you got to build more roof space or a theme to TRY and limit yourself to.
Horse-Drawn 1 #11 Posted May 1, 2011 I saw that one online also... Makes me wish I still lived in Indiana. There's been several decent deals down there lately! Good Score! I started with one. No addiction... Then I was given a 400. Then I went online to research. Small addiction starting... Friday, I got #3. The only thing I do online is related... I can honestly say, if #4 shows up before this Fall, I'll have to move my bed into the garage. According to my wife, "It's not a threat... It's a promise" Enjoy your new toy :D
