Forest Road 594 #1 Posted April 22, 2011 Hi guys. I'm changing the oil in my 314H. The manual calls for 10w30 OR 10w40. I'll be going w/ Amsoil so which oil do you guys recommend? They have a 10w30/SAE30w that I'll be using in my motors. I'm wondering if I just stick w/ that so I'm only buying one grade. Thanks Kevin Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rmaynard 14,865 #2 Posted April 22, 2011 The owners manual calls for 10W30 API Service SG, SH, SJ oil for the engine, and calls for SAE 1OW-30 or 1OW-40 API Service SG, SH, SJ in the transmission. So if it were mine, and I was only going to buy one oil, I'd get the SAE 10W-30. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
