I visit Red Square everyday to get a better understanding about the many areas explored concerning these great tractors. As expected, I learn something new all the time - and I try to help in the areas I'm familiar with.

The best part of the Red Square site is the many people that participate in making this such an interesting site; and that is the reason there are so many members.

So - to get to the point - with all this Wheel Horse knowledge and talent, why is the Wheel Horse Wikipedia page so weak?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wheel_Horse

I just wanted to throw out the idea that collectively we could really document this interesting history if everyone would add their two cents to the wiki page - and as we all sing - photos.

Just an idea and a challenge ........ or I'll get on there and say that they were originally green and yellow. Don't shoot - I was kidding - long live Red.

As long as people don't submit wrong info, that others read and think because it's there it must be true.

Thats right,Kelly. You better be careful with wiki. It is full of false info. This is the best place for WH info. I'm here trying to get all the info I can. I wish I had gotten into these little tractors years ago. They are pretty scarce in my area.

On second thought.......maybe I will add something to Week-he-peed-onya:

These old RED garden tractors are extremely dangerous in the hands of

little children and some men. They contain LEADED paint, Leaded gasoline,

rusty edges and exposed belts and can become infectious

and cause certain obsessions.

DO NOT DISPOSE of in garbage or recycle.

Look for old men on shiny red garden tractors in your neighborhood, they have a SAFE disposal and a $1.00 buy back program.

Similiar to the ones the cops use to find......errr I mean dispose of old firearms.
