this home made clevis adapter will be cut of and a slot adapter made for it.

the home made blade extension will also be removed. Does anyone have any idea who manufactured this I don't think its a Brinly

all of it turns free and isn't in to bad off shape.

I'd say it's from a walk behind tractor, the adjustment handle would be right in front of you, maker????
