Sliders for 79350 48" Plow?

I'm looking for a bit of help finding a part number for the accessory sliders (or feet) that attach to the back side of a classic series snow blade. A former Toro dealer sold me these several years ago and I'm looking for a replacement set. I'm almost certain they were a genuine Toro part. I've looked all around online but I can't find any info on them.

Does anyone have any idea of a part number or official name for these? The parts diagram on toro.com makes no mention of them.
