B-8074 20 #1 Posted March 14, 2011 I just put on a WH sleeve hitch and put my new Agri-Fab box/back blade. It was on clearence at TCS. Anyhow my Hydro lift on my C-175 is having a hard time picking it up. Check the fluid and it's good. I know it's strong cause it will pick the dozer blade with me standing on it and I weight in at 270 lbs.. Any ideas what could be the problem? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
mavfreak 11 #2 Posted March 14, 2011 It might be to heavy for it. Its all in the leverage. I fabed a three point hitch for my tractor that works with the manual lift. I added 2 inches to the rear lift and I was able to lift 90lbs, without that 2" i can barely lift the blade that weighs just under 60lbs. :thumbs: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
mavfreak 11 #3 Posted March 14, 2011 Also I had to ditch the cable and go with the rod. The cable would stretch so bad that I had to keep shorting it. Wasn't bad till I started pulling stone or dirt with it and that put to much strain on my lifting setup. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
