Tiller idler assembly

Well I had a tiller! And someone else wanted so I let it go. Stupid!!! Well I just found a clean one without an idler. Does anyone here have the dimensions for the idler assembly? Diameter of both pulleys and their spacing on the mounting plate etc? Thanks
