baerpath 517 #1 Posted February 20, 2011 Found it buryed in the snow a week ago litterly buried to the fenders. Old guy wanted it gone so made a deal. Went back Friday and picked it up. He had it running and had his son winch it out. Only running on one cylinder. While loading it found that it had three pt, rear pto and turning brakes. After loading it he asked if I wanted the attachments that came with it ? Uh ya, so also got a good deck, pushblade and a belly blade. No extra in the price just glad to see it gone. Got it home and started checking it out all that was wrong with it was a bad spark plug Runs great strong hydro !

Dresden Guy 24 #9 Posted February 21, 2011 S-H-A-Z-A-A-M ! ! ! Why can't I find stuff like this???? ...... And the PO says, "Do you want the attachments too (for free!!!)?" Is this a trick question!!! With my luck, if it was raining soup, I'd have a fork! The 18 Auto is a real collectible. Question: What is the difference in the four different models listed? 1-0600, -0601, -0610, -0620?? They all have the same K482 and the same Sunstrand hydro. Duane, congratulations on your find, and it also means an RS member keeps another WH from the scrapyard or worse yet be totally eaten by the rustmonster! You da' man!!! Dresden Guy, the Wheel Horse Parts Manual I have seen lists three of the four model #'s you inquired about. On page 39 the application for models (1-061 which is a misprint for 1-601) and 1-620 are as follows: Tire size 18x6.50-8 Std. front, Wheel size 6.50-8 Std. front. The application for model 1-0610 is as follows: Tire size 18x8.50-8 Wide front, Wheel size 8.50-8 Wide front. The application for model 1-601 is Tire size 27x9.50-15 rear, Wheel size 15x7 rear. The application for model 1-610 is Tire size 26x12.00-12 rear (ex. traction), Wheel size 12x10.5 rear. The application for model 1-620 is Tire size 27x8.50-15 rear (cleat), Wheel size 15x7 rear, Mark.
546cowboy 302 #14 Posted March 13, 2013 You know we see this all the time where you guys on the east coast find these great deals. This is at least the third time in the last week for a great score there. It just makes me . Just
Kelly 1,033 #15 Posted March 13, 2013 Lynn, this tread is 2 years old, so that deal is long gone and don't count. but it was a great deal.
wheeledhorseman 579 #16 Posted March 13, 2013 Love it when old threads pop up at the top of the pile from deep in the archive - you get to read and see things you'd otherwise miss. Great find and deal - but then I love these tractors Andy
zeedubbya 18 #17 Posted March 14, 2013 I saw this post and something from the past came to my mind I thought you'd all get a chuckle out of! I recall in August of that same year Dresden Guy got a deal which was the deal of a lifetime, maybe the best deal I've ever seen! We here in Central Ohio were racing to this machine as soon as it came up on CL! Check this link out only 6 months later!! Oh it's funny how the world goes sometimes! S-H-A-Z-A-A-M ! ! !Why can't I find stuff like this???? ...... And the PO says, "Do you want the attachments too (for free!!!)?" Is this a trick question!!! 546cowboy 302 #18 Posted March 14, 2013 Well I didn't know that. Kelly you are the exception here in the midwest. You find those kind of deals all the time too. But you are over 200 miles from me so you might as well be in PA.
