skrusins 128 #1 Posted February 19, 2011 Is there a simple mod to get the seat back further? I adjusted it back as far as I could even turned the springs around to get another inch. I know if I lost about 4 inches off my stomach that would help. I thought maybe someone else has this problem. Even the brake pedal is too close. I look at my base and the slots are almost to the bumpers, in which if I cut the bumpers off it may give me a 1/2 in. Is that what you did? thanks again for your help. WH854 45 #4 Posted February 20, 2011 The bumpers are in a different hole,outside of the slotted holes!! I took them(bumpers I mean) off and made the slots longer.Then I put bumpers on the bolts that hold the spring on the plate. That way you don't rub the paint of your fender pan. I think the P/N for rubber cups are Toro P/N 108889 bolt P/N 908020 hope I made myself clear!!! Chas Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
