since they cencored your link cant tell for sure but if its the one east of mentor its whats left of a gt14, has some of the 3pt for a tiller left on it cant tell how its controled though. On whats its worth couldnt really say unless I seen it in person.

It's been a unwritten rule for as long as I can remember. As a written rule it was just added to the official rules within the last few months. If you ever need to ask about a eBay or craigslist item just save the picture and add it to your post with photo bucket or another application that would work for RS.
