model 867?

Recommended Posts

Coming home from Philly in a downpour Friday I saw a Wheel Horse on the side of the road. Looked straight and complete and wasn't all rusty....yet. The guy who has it buys and sells old equipment so I guess it hasn't been out there too long. Anyway.......... It was a short frame, K-181 Kohler engine, and had a six speed transmission. I think the only tractor like that was the 867 :D . I called the guy's cell phone and he's asking $500.00. I little higher than I want to pay but he'll probably dicker. It's in the Vineland area of South Jersey. PM me if you want his number. Debated whether this should go in the classified or not, but figured it might get more of a discussion going on what it is here.

Oh heck..after all that I still posted it in the wrong place  :WRS:

Sounds like an 867 to me, Buzz. That would be the only model fitting that description, unless the transmission was changed. :WRS:

Bet Stephen wishes he could see a picture - and that it was closer and cheaper too. :D

P.S. > I moved this to the "Tractors" section -- in case you didn't notice.
