Here is something that I am quoting from Brian Miller's website: "Kohler engines aren't like car engines. You don't dwell-in the points on a Kohler engine. Instead, you set the point gap at .020" just to get the engine running, then you set the ignition timing by widening or narrowing the points gap until the timing is at 20 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
