IM AT WORK SO I CANT MEASURE MY WHEELS, SO CAN SOMEONE HELP. WHAT IS THE OUTSIDE DIAMETER OF A 23X10.50X12,THANKS IN ADVANCE

Sorry i wasnt clear, looking at some chains and they are 12inc wide and 48 inches long. i need to measure all the way around the tire.

23 x 9.50 x 12 are 72" Outside diameter. I wrapped a rope around the tire and measured. Thats for 9.50. Hope it helps

For any circle (wheel) take the diameter X pi (3.14) and you will get the circumference.

23" X 3.14 = 72.22"

But if you get chains that long they will not fit, the chains ride down on the side of the tire, not on top, overall length will be shorter, off the top of my head I can't remember the correct size for your tires.
