C-100 grounding problem

Recommended Posts

Gunny

Just solved a problem here with a C-100. A recent restore. All together, and cranked, no goody, starter would turn for a few turns, then kick out. Throttle cable got hot. Finally did thinking and solved it. The new paint, might I say multiple coats. Well in my haste to finish, I failed to ensure I had bare metal as a ground. Removed paint on all ares, tightened all bolts. The C-100 came to life.
