The hoodstand is not a 63 is it? It looks 64ish to me witha 603 steering wheel and 61 footrest.

The hoodstand is a '63 The hoodstand was changed in '64.

My 603 has the "D" style stirrups on it, but it was the last of them

When they started running out of the old parts

OK, went to picture gallery and I give but now did the 603 have a hoodstand all its own? Or it it the same hoodstand that was used on 64 tractors just with a sguare hole for choke and throttle cables. :ychain:

It was one of it's own..... and welded to the frame.

It's pretty hard to mistake a 603 for something else..

Nobody mentioned the rectangular opening in the hood stand for the engine controls? The 603 was the only one that had that feature.

It is a 1955 RJ 35......

with a lot the parts changed (if not all except the valve caps on the tires).. (see other post!) :ychain: :D
