Scrumpy 5 #1 Posted December 12, 2010 Hello, I have been on here a while just never posted my tractor. It is a 76 C-160 Auto currently in its winter outfit. Chains, Rear weights, and a blower. I also have a homemade plow that slips over the wings on the blower for when we get an inch or two of slush or heavy wet snow. It will pop off easily if I hit anything solid and since the blower was not meant to be a plow this is a good feature. I also have a 37" RD mower deck and a 42" dozer blade for it. Scrump Like that lolly columm you just hit ! Looks like a good snow movin machine. I done see any weights in the rear rims? What do you use and how much weight? Kinda like a locomotive on a Sante Fe crossing the Rockies I have been trying to move that column for years! BTW...don't move the pole, Hire a DANCER! If I were to do it over I would make it like a snow-pusher you see on the front of tractors clearing large lots. Two wings going forward with the rear side bent at a 45 to match the blower wings and a curved blade between them. Then cap it with a piece of angle iron like I have now. Finally run two pieces of metal from the front of the wings back to the curved blade at a 45 to give them a little strength. It floats on there pretty loose but when I lift the blower it picks it up with it when it cannot float down any lower. Scrump Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
