jtmoyer 1 #1 Posted December 12, 2010 i picked up a 520 with a blown motor and a 60"deck a few weeks ago. i had most of a good 20 horse to replace the dead one with. had most of it connected when i went to pull the drive pulley off one of the wheel pullers arms broke through the pulley. now i am at a stand still. if any one is interested in a 60" deck let me know. gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,499 #3 Posted December 12, 2010 That looks like an HS-Series sheave that mounts on a tapered bushing. If so take the 2 bolts that were removed and thread them into the other pair of holes and evenly tighten them with a wrench. They will push the sheave off the bushing and then the bushing should slide on the shaft. Garry
TT-(Moderator) 1,162 #4 Posted December 12, 2010 That's an OEM drive pulley, Garry. The part that's sticking out isn't a bushing - it's where the PTO friction disc bolts.
