snowhound 106 #1 Posted December 11, 2010 I picked up a mini tire changer so I wouldn't have to run to the tire shop every time I needed a tire fixed but I am having some trouble. I didn't have any trouble getting the tire off but I can't get it back on. I can't get the last 12 inches back on the rim, it is as if the tire shrunk and won't stretch enough to go back on.
