mattd860 162 #1 Posted December 10, 2010 I purchased a STENS piston and ring set but not sure what order they go. The set came with a black ring, chrome ring, and oil rings. mattd860 162 #3 Posted December 11, 2010 I saw that thread but unfortunately, my situation is different. My top two wrings are both champhered. In the thread you posted, the middle ring is 'gooved', not champhered. While both of my top two rings are champhered, the black ring has less of a champher than the chrome ring - not sure if that means anything. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
