HorseFixer 2,013 #1 Posted December 5, 2010 On the right side of my 06-44SC01 Blower there is a lift spring Part # 4629 I didn't feel like paying a $30.00 bill for one so I used a trampoline spring. This spring levels up the right side of the blower as the lift picks up more of the left side. I took two washers and Tig Welded to the hooks on the spring to keep them on the spring support rods. If you weld the spring hooks to a washer make sure you wrap a wet rag on the spring to keep the heat off as not to remove the tempering of the spring. This Trampoline spring levels the blower up better than the original! It also looks kinda cool being it is tapered Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
