JUSS10 250 #1 Posted November 27, 2010 well the other day i picked up a bronco 14 to keep the gear box, pump, and hydraulics. there wasn't much left of the tractor after that. pretty much just a shell. the tins are in pretty good shape so i thought i would put it up for sale for parts. well today i got a little board and this is what i have now.... haha. (cell phone pics, sorry) i had bought a parts ATV for a mini sandrail i was building to go with my full size sandrail. well turns out i didn't much use of my VW powered rail so i traded that for a jeep, and since i never used my big sandrail, my plans to build a mini rail never happened. so the ATV parts were thrown in a pile outback with the other junk parts. i had an idea pop in my head last night so i grabbed it all and just set it all together and this is what i got. not sure if I'll follow through with it as i still have the tractor up for sale for parts but if no one sparks any interest i may follow through and build this we'll see. jpmcleod 4 #2 Posted November 27, 2010 I would not sell it, I would finish it. That would be awsome. I have been toying with the idea of trying to make a tractor with a golf cart body. I really don't want a golf cart, but where my daughter camps, only golf carts are allowed.

Horse'n Around 22 #6 Posted November 28, 2010 Id defineately build it. if you keep it fun and work at your own pace and enjoy it I bet it will be a killer project. That has endless possibilities. I bet Horsefeathers will probably agree too John

Don1977 605 #8 Posted November 28, 2010 All you need is a 5 speed motorcycle engine and that would be one fast Wheel Horse.
JUSS10 250 #9 Posted November 28, 2010 i've got a 5 speed cycle engine but its huge! dont really want to put a 2 cylinder kawasaki 750 in there. way to much power. it will probably sit like it is for another two weeks till this semester is done. i plan to make it all "bolt" on. i'll build a front bolt on section that the front shocks and "A" arms mount to and same for the rear that bolts the swing arm mount and shock mount all in one. i have the original rear fender but it just didn't look right. i have some fenders that came on my jeep that were bent out of steel and about 12 inches wide. they looked awful on the jeep but might do the trick for this thing. will keep everyone posted on progress. I'll probably start a new thread in the mod section.

JUSS10 250 #18 Posted November 29, 2010 it seems the logical answer. i found a complete engine for $100 with both clutches. i think its a 330 2 cylinder. waiting to get a bit more info on it.
