I've got to get me another RD deck

The grass grows like mad here in the spring and gets tall quickly. I have only 2 decks, the 42" Side Discharge and the 42" Rear Discharge (with recycler kit). When the grass is tall, the recycler will clog, and if it's tall and thick, the side discharge will clog as well.

Today, Sean and I took the recycler kit off of the RD and did some mowing. Got to love the way it will go right through the tall thick stuff without issue. Just goes right out the back, no clogging at all. Looks like a good excuse to get another deck so I can leave the Recycler installed huh :whistle:

I'm with you. I'd rather us a RD deck any day. I wonder why not many people make them or use them anymore. No clogs is a huge plus for me.

Karl, I think I have a 42" RD deck. I dropped it off at the dealer because he had someone interested in it, but I don't know if it sold or not. I'll find out tomorrow.
