Recommended Posts

Pollack Pete

The squaw and I went to Ct. yesterday to pick up another GT-14.This one actually runs.It came with a snow plow and a mower deck that needs some welding repairs.I thought you guys from ct. say there aren't many Wheel Horses for sale there. This is 5th or 6th one we got there.Looks like the last trip til Spring.Gonna be snowing any day now.

Kind of contagous, has anybody ever told you that. If not I will be the first. Looks like you like the GT14's as much as I do. First Wheel Horse I ever drove. Looks good, take care of them and they will take care of you.

See Ya, Bye Burly

Nice looking tractor!

How many of these things (GT14's) have you got now? Seems like I see a post about a new one every couple of days??

Yup....gas tank is in front of the engine. These were built years before everyone became so law-suit happy. Two of my GT-14's are 1969 and the cast iron grille is open in the front leaving the front of the plastic tank un-protected.Watch out for sharp tree branches and anything else that could puncture the tank.

"i thought you guys in CT said there were no tractors"........................it isnt a round hood if your refering to the latest post.Plenty of wheel horses around. its the old round hoods that seem to be few and far between in the state.
