wallfish 15,987 #1 Posted October 24, 2010 This is a pic of the clutch plate that I had to replace today. I heard some noises and then a couple of loud bangs and pieces came flying out of the clutch. Thank God for that little guard that's on the belt guard, could have lost a right nut or something. Replacement clutch provided free of charge from Tony, Docwheelhorse. Thanks Again Tony! JimD 3,345 #4 Posted October 24, 2010 Dang John, that could have been disastrous. Glad the "boys" survived intact, otherwise you might be singin soprano instead of baritone.
Buzz 502 #5 Posted October 24, 2010 Dang John, that could have been disastrous. Glad the "boys" survived intact, otherwise you might be singin soprano instead of baritone. slufoot733 70 #8 Posted October 24, 2010 :) An excellent example of why those guards are there and why we should never bypass any safety features on our tractors. Glad all is well. KT
