wh79d160 52 #1 Posted October 22, 2010 , PTO belt was misaligned by some one in my D200's past life. By the time I discovered it, the $40.00 Wheel Horse belt was toast. I called my small engine supplier. He said he had a kelvar woven one,not a WH brand, so I had my wife pick it up while she was in town. I get a pretty considerable discount, so it was much cheaper. To my suprise, It's RED. Cool or not Cool? I'll snap a pic once I get it on.

Sparky-(Admin) 19,715 #11 Posted October 22, 2010 Is it cool? Yes. Will it hold up like an OEM does? We'll have to see. Keep us informed as to how well it works and holds up. Mike........

Buzz 502 #13 Posted October 22, 2010 Is it cool? Yes. Will it hold up like an OEM does? We'll have to see. Keep us informed as to how well it works and holds up. Mike........ I'm with Mike. If it holds up...... it's cool. If it doesn't it's not so hot. Wait a minute, cool and not so hot mean the same but have different meanings I'm so confused
squonk 39,228 #14 Posted October 22, 2010 Those Kevlar belts are tough as hell. I've sold hundreds of them but they are green. I can put a single twist in one and get 3 seasons out it on my Allis blower conversion.
stevasaurus 22,283 #15 Posted October 22, 2010 I think the red is cool also. Now, how about chrome pulleys?
wh79d160 52 #16 Posted October 22, 2010 I could go with the chrome pulleys. The only problem is , I can't get them to line up straight. Thats how I ran across the red belt.
