B-8074 20 #1 Posted October 20, 2010 So the C-175 started runnung like crap. I had to use full choke and full throttle just for it to stay running. I took the carb off to get the fuel bowl and it had what I can only describe as fish eggs in it. Has anyone ever seen this before? When I first got the tractor I put all new fuel lines and a fuel filter. And rebuilt the carb. Any thoughts?

B-8074 20 #3 Posted October 21, 2010 I check out the thread, good stuff . How ever I'm still not sure what to do to prevent the problem from happening again. Is the fuel stable for fuel storage or to help with the ethenol?

ChevelleSSLS6 0 #5 Posted October 26, 2010 ethanol... not bad in a frequently used engine, but crap if it sits for very long.
