YNOT 0 #1 Posted September 16, 2010 Ok this question will show my inexperience I aquired a 1980 C175A (Sunsdrand) as a parts tractor. All complete Except the K17 had a new window on life about the size of a fist. I have a spare K181 So what do you guys and gals think this would work like. A K181 powering an automatic. TT-(Moderator) 1,129 #2 Posted September 16, 2010 Wheel Horse did it with the 875/876/877 models, so it's been proven that it works. You might have a *#^% of a time finding a 5 1/4" X 1" bore engine pulley though. My only suggestion would be to set the no-load governed speed a little closer to 3800-3900 rpm so it'll still be "pulling" good when you put a load on it.
