T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,610 #1 Posted April 10, 2008 For those who remember, Stephen had his C-125A up for sale a few weeks back. (See this link). Well, Thanks to Eldon, Ken and to Stephen, it's found a new home. With me! I also picked up a couple of Lawn Boy push mowers to add to my collection (I now have 4). So since we all love pictures, here they are: I also got a chance to meet Eldon. A really nice guy and a pleasure to talk with. He did me a tremendous favor by bringing the C125 from Indy to St. Louis. BTW, guys, watch your decks, I think Eldon's collecting them - he had 3 with him.

T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,610 #5 Posted April 10, 2008 Jason, It will get either the deck off the C-141 or the plow off of it. And which ever one gets the deck, the other one gets the plow.

T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,610 #9 Posted April 10, 2008 Al, These black hoods are growing on me. At least the weak spot in these, the plastic fender deck, has been replaced with a steel one. I'm not sure if Stephen did that or the previous owner. But, either way, it's all good for me. I might have lost the rear tail lights, but that's a small sacrifice to pay for steel fenders.
kpinnc 14,652 #10 Posted April 10, 2008 I might have lost the rear tail lights, but that's a small sacrifice to pay for steel fenders. Terry, TSC carries the tail light assemblies the exact same size as those reflectors if you decide you need them. About $5 each, ready to go... Just FYI, Kevin

T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,610 #15 Posted April 11, 2008 Thanks, guys. I'm pleased with it. Kevin, Do you have the part number of those tail lights from TSC? Thanks.
Rollerman 290 #16 Posted April 11, 2008 Terry those taillight are a pretty common item at any tractor, hardware, or truck service type filling station. I have put many set's of "Grote" brand lights on mine...maybe not OEM but an exact fit. I really wanted to give it a complete service before I shipped it out too. Been giveing all my attention to the Electro Mutt & getting it done lately. I'm glad it wasn't intimidated by Ken's D250 like the Cub was when it made a bid for freedom off the back of his trailer..... By the way Terry I put the original fender in the trash can in 3 peices...it was in bad shape. That one came from a C121 I parted out sometime ago. I hope she serves you well Terry.
Suburban 550 28 #17 Posted April 11, 2008 Nice looking tractor Terry. Looked like a well organized plan to get it to you. Is the C-141 up and running yet ? A nice addition to your herd. Good Luck with it.
T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,610 #18 Posted April 11, 2008 Nice looking tractor Terry. Looked like a well organized plan to get it to you. Is the C-141 up and running yet ? A nice addition to your herd. Good Luck with it. Yes, the C-141 is up and running again. Rebuilt the engine a few weeks back and it runs good. I need a muffler for it, but I have a couple of options to consider for that. With this C-125, I now have two C's and a 314. And a 753 in Arkansas waiting to be brought home.
